Kathy Holden brings a wealth of real estate experience to her valued home buyers, sellers and investors.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the field, Kathy is an asset to the national award-winning team at Coldwell Banker Advantage. She is based at CBA’s newest office in Fayetteville, N.C., at 5509 Yadkin Road near Fort Bragg, the world’s largest military post.
 
Before embarking on a real estate career, Kathy worked as a special education high school teacher in her native Philadelphia. It was the 1980s when a good friend was opening the first woman-owned realty franchise of its kind. She asked if Kathy if would consider coming to work there.

Kathy, who is known for her keen organizational and people skills, accepted the position as front office coordinator. After five months, she earned her Pennsylvania real estate license and also worked in the marketing and advertising fields for several national brands. Kathy and her family eventually relocated down South, and she became a North Carolina Realtor in 2005.

Whether upsizing, downsizing, relocating or looking to sell your home, Kathy has the experience and knowledge to serve your best interests. But she keeps it humble.

“My favorite expression is, ‘I learn something new practically every day,’” says Kathy. “There’s always room for improving and growing.”

In her free time, Kathy is a fitness fanatic who enjoys OCR (Obstacle Course Racing), including Spartan, Rugged Maniac, and Tough Mudder competitions.

She lives on a small farm in western Hoke County and enjoys spending time with family – her husband, twin grown sons and a grown daughter, and “five amazing grandchildren.”

A cause close to her heart is working with and supporting local and regional dog rescue organizations.
